Christopher J Schultheiss - Founder and Chief Executive
Chris has spent most of his adult life as an entrepreneur and businessman involved in both developing and promoting new applications for technology. His business passion has always been all about quality and service following the mantra of "always giving the customer higher quality and better service than they have any right to expect". As a strong proponent of team building and empowering , Chris continually encourages his fellow team members, his clients and his suppliers to think outside the box and to never be afraid to say "what if"? Hybrid mail became Chris's focus 13 years ago while spending a winter on his boat in the Bahamas and experiencing the frustration of sending mail to the US and Canada from his floating home. It became clear to him that a link was needed between the the digital world of PCs and the Internet and the conventional world wide postal service. Upon return to his home in Florida he began a 3 year quest to investigate and develop the "Bridge" technology that would combine the best facets of physical mail delivery with the convenience of e-mail.

Sandra Elliott - Executive Assistant and Finance Director
Sandy comes from a Financial and Property Management background and has owned and operated several small businesses. She joined the SuperLetter Team to manage the finance and accounting requirements. Sandy also plays an important role assisting the CEO in an executive capacity, participating in Sales Meetings and Client Contract Review Meetings. Most importantly she keeps the rest of the SuperLetter Team in financial order.

William Ramsay - Director of Operations
Bill has over 35 years management and CR experience with a strong emphasis on overseeing Data Processing operations. He became been actively involved with SuperLetter.Com project shortly after Chris began developing his Hybrid Mail concept and has been involved in all aspects Superletter.Com working closely with Chris during the initial and continued development of the website and services. Bill handles the operational side of the business as well as being the primary point of contact for SuperLetter clients and suppliers.

Murdoch Morrison - Director of Business Development
Murdoch is a primary point of business contact and contracting for Superletter services to the United States Department of Defense, and is honored to be an integral part of providing a unique service to our men and women in uniform and to their families. Murdoch Morrison has over 40 years of experience in building technology products and services companies. Notable systems design/implementation experience by sector includes state and regional economic development agencies, retail automobile dealerships, building material distribution, wholesale distribution companies and companies requiring high-reliability server solutions. In those experiences, Murdoch has served as: founder/President of three software development companies, founder/CEO of a manufacturing company, turn-around consulting and founder/principal in a consulting firm whose specialty is technology contract negotiation.

Roy Walker MBE MInstLM - Director of UK Operations
Roy spent 37 years in the British Army, rising through the ranks to reach Major before retiring in October 2007. Roy Walker has over 30 years experience in the postal industry having severed most of his career with the British Force Post Office (BFPO) serving throughout the world including, operational tours in the Falklands, Bosnia and Iraq. While serving with BFPO London was responsible for the distribution worldwide of mail to the Armed Forces (150 locations) handling 200M items a year. Roy has experience in transport fleet management, property management of the Defence estate and security. From 1998 until his retirement from the army, working in partnership with Superletter, Roy was responsible for the development and deployment of the Hybrid Mail system for the British Armed Forces (e-bluey). Now a member of the Superletter team, Roy handles the operational side of e-bluey and is the primary point of contact for Superletter clients and suppliers for UK and main land Europe.

Marc Hale - Senior Programmer & Web Site Developer
Marc has been programming for 15 Years starting at Ticketmaster at the age of 19 Years working his way up to the position of Head Programmer for Ticketmaster SouthEast. Marc left Ticketmaster to join the SuperLetter team during the early years of the website development. After two unsuccessful attempts to contract the website development with outside sources Marc took it upon himself to create the SuperLetter website and applications and currently specializes in Cold Fusion and Delphi.
