SuperLetter.Com Inc. is looking for print and mail partners around the globe.
As SuperLetter continues to expand its' capabilities, we are seeking partners in the far corners of the world to provide, downloading, printing and mailing of Hybrid Mail both for the SuperLetter Network and our clients.
The requirements are quite straightforward:
Equipment Required:
1): PTMA/HP4350 (HP 4300 Laserjet Printer with integrated Print 2 Mail Pressure Seal Folder). Approximate Cost $3690.00 US plus shipping and brokerage/taxes if applicable.
2) Any modern Desktop PC or a Notebook or Tablet PC running Windows XP with an Internet connection. Although our clients do succesfully use slow speed connections in remote and underserved areas, we rcommend a minimum of 56k dial up connection. Prices range from $1200,00 to 3700.00 US depending on type and futures.
3) Postage by hand or machine (Stamps or a Franking Machine). There are numerous providers and prices vary from country to country. There are also online providers enabling computer generated stamps to be affixed in some countries. Postal permits with Permits printed on the envelopes are available in some countries.
Operations Required:
1) At least once per day the RPO (Regioal Print Office) ill use an "Download and Print Application" provided by Superletter to check the server for any letters designated for their location.
2) Any letters are downloaded and then printed, folded and sealed using the PTMA/HP4350 integrated Print 2 Mail Pressure Seal Folder).
3) Postage is then affixed by one of the methods described above.
4) The letters are then delivered to or picked up by the domestic Post for final delivery to the recipient.
