Are you running a firewall of some type?

This can cause difficulties unless configured to accept our site. Settings must be adjusted per individual instructions depending on the firewall you are using.

Browser Security Configuration.

If you are running Microsoft 5.0 or 5.5 please check the following. To set your internet browser security settings-go to Tools, then Internet, then Options and click on the Security Tab-if Security Level for this Zone is not set to medium or less click on Default level and then Apply. Then close out of Internet tools, close your browser and reboot your PC and then retry your login.

Enable Cookies

The following instructions are for earlier versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Please go to the Tools Button on the Task Bar at the top of your MIE screen, click on Tools. Now click on Internet Options. Next click on the Security tab. Then click on Custom Level and scroll down the Drop Down List until you come to Cookies-'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer'-check Enable. Then just below 'Allow per session cookies (not stored)' check 'Enable'.

At this time it is a good opportunity to clear out Temporary Internet Files by Clicking on the General Tab and under 'Temporary Internet files' Click on 'Delete Files'. Also Click on Settings and make sure that 'Automatically' is checked.

Now Click on the Content Tab and make sure that Content Advisor is Disabled.

Finally click OK.

To be sure the changes are stored it is best to now re-boot your PC.

These following are the steps for Privacy and Security settings if running Windows and MIE 6.0

The e-Bluey website is a high security site and can be sensitive to the Internet

Settings on your PC.

We have no control over these settings and you should check them for yourself.

1)   If you have a firewall, temporarily turn it off and see if you can navigate your e-bluey account. If you can then you will have to follow a procedure in your particular firewall software that gives access permission to the e-bluey website as we do not have the procedures for all the firewalls I cannot tell you specifically how to do that.

2)   If turning off your firewall doesn't work, open MIE 6 and on the NAV Bar at the top go to Tools, Internet Options, Select the Privacy Tab, then Advanced and select Override Cookie Handling, Accept 1st Part Cookies, Accept 3rd Party Cookies and Always Allow Session Cookies.

3)   Go Back to Tools, and then General and then Select Delete Cookies (that can take a while if you have never deleted your Cookies) then select Delete Files and then Clear History.

4)   Under Temporary Internet Files Select Settings and then Click on Automatically under the Check For Newer Versions of Stored Pages.

5)   Go to the Security Tab and set the Security Level to medium.

6)   Now click on the Content Tab and make sure that Content Advisor is Disabled.

7)   Reboot your PC and try registering again.

Note: If you are using any of the increasingly popular Pop-Up Blockers you will have to register the E-bluey site as a trusted source.
