| We now have a two way service for members. The troops can establish an account on www.superletter.com by using a valid credit card and send letters back home to friends and family. Letters are sent to a regional SuperLetter office i the US for printing by the first digit of the destination zip code and postage is applied and placed in the USPS mail system. ( zips 5-9 is mailed from California, 0-2 + 4 is from North Carolina, and 3 from Florida). The first 5 letters are free. After the first 5 letters are sent there is a $.50 charge to send the letters. Reason for this charge it to cover the postage that is applied on the letters and other administrative costs. He can use the email or the Superletter service. The 2-way service is just another way for service members to send a letter or quick note home to family and friends. A great benefit for the 2 way service is, not everyone has a computer or email access back home. This way Superletter takes care of that by printing the letter and mailing it to the addressee via the US Postal Service. |
